Tara is a Niwot Native, born and raised in Niwot. She is a graduate of Niwot High School, Purdue University for her undergrad in business and The University of Colorado at Denver for her Masters in Marketing. Tara has been in real estate pretty much her whole life being the daughter of Pat Murphy. She received her license in 2003. Tara knows many areas including the Denver Metro area and enjoys finding the right home for her clients wherever that may be. Tara was excellent throughout the process of house hunting and buying our new home. We had moved to the area from another state and her knowledge of the Boulder county and Denver area was very thorough and helpful.
